We are now searching for an experienced Marketing Executive / Graphic Designer that is driven to taking our brand to the next level! The position would be perfect for a motivated self-starter with a love for property who can take the reins on creative projects and marketing campaigns to create amazing results for our business and clients!
- Leading the creative direction and marketing strategy for marketing campaigns
- Conceptualising email marketing campaigns to distribute to clients
- Creating and publishing daily content across the company’s social media platforms
- Measuring and reporting on organic and paid digital marketing campaigns
- Working directly with our team to create proposal pitches
- Drafting and launching press releases as well as managing relationships with news editors
- Researching the market to identify, present and launch high impact marketing opportunities
- Effectively managing projects with internal and external stakeholders on time and on budget
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and energetic marketer and designer who can conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns. You will need to be an excellent communicator with a strong drive to create successful result and quickly adapt to changes within an agile environment.
- Experience as well as a strong interest in the software industry
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- A strong knowledge of layout, typography, photography and design principles
- Highly accountable, willing to take initiative on creative projects and effectively adhere to stakeholder feedback
- Proven experience in content creation and scaling LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts
- Exceptional organisation skills to meet deadlines with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a close team environment
